My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

bifolding doors

What was total cost for install and material etc just for bifolding doors not including floors. Want to know what to budget for. Also what is size opening of open patio doors? And anything special needed for Chicago (additional insulation etc is or heating) or they work as is. Thanks.

    The budget for the doors is about $3000 per panel; 5- 32"x96" panels including installation. The floor inside and out has radiant heating as well as forced air inside; this project is in Chicago.
