weather underground is what I use. You can make your own forecast alert things by setting certain parameters and it lets you know when the conditions you selected are met which is cool.

No just use what is available. They all seem to offer less each year. The weather channel use to give me the forecast, average low and high and the records of each,for everyday.

That's why I use NOAA Weather. It only gets better. And it's the app for the weather.gov site.

Thank you everyone! I tried to install the NOAA Weather app and nothing happened. I am guessing I have to restart the phone, then try again. I will once I stop using it. I'll add the others too, thanks again.

Still no luck, tried a few free apps. I haven't had time to research the fix yet.

I have used eWeather HD (by Elecont) for some time now. It's got quite a bit of functionality and configurability and also includes earthquake and space weather info/alerts (e.g., if there are an solar storms due to impact the atmosphere, etc). I also like that it can be configured to send banner notifications if some NWS alert has been issued. It's available for iOS or Android.
