My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Rustikeum makes an excellent line of metallic spray paints. Lightly sand, then a spray can of primer, then a spray can of your metallic color (2-3 light coats) of your plus a sealer coat. Will last forever. A very easy $20 project.
