Concrete patio help!

So I tool on the task of sealing my 1 year old concrete patio. I was steered by a professional contractor to roll on a solvent based cure and seal product . My patio became super blotchy after 2 coats. He assured me it would cure out and be fine. Is there any coloring product I can roll on that will adhere to the cure and seal?

What was the sealer you put on, exact brand and name? It makes a difference with anything that could potentially be used over it. Pictures? How long ago was the "sealer" applied? You may need to strip the concrete.

The product was cure and seal 150 From russtech. I applied it this past weekend.
