The tile you picked is way to busy with your granite. Honestly, it will make you dizzy seeing the two together.

Yes the colors work. I would try to match one of the medium tones of the granite. You can get whatever shape you like as long as you go simple with the color.

I would go with simple glossy subway tile.

We are planning on doing a very simple white tile with ours. We are considering a glass champagne subway tile but I think white is the safer bet.

Yes, still too busy, but the color looks right. But really only you can be the judge of that as monitors are all different.

We used Adex silver sand studio tile. It actually looks much lighter in person.
