Laundry room is a big room that has such potentional. We have 4 kids and as they are getting bigger the coats, shoes and sports equipment are getting out of control! The current tile floor is coming up and is in serious need of replacement. Would love to utilize the space better with hooks and cabinets.
Our masterbath is only a half bath - we have dreams of having our own bathroom - at the moment we shower in my daughters room and then walk downstairs to our bedroom! Feel like we give the neighbors plenty to talk about as we come down the steps in our towels!! Also being parents of four it would really be nice to have our own space.
