I'm looking for help advice. I have a yellow leaf spot (almost white in some) problem on some plants including peony, camellia, and hydrangea.

I live in Georgia, just east of Atlanta. The camellia bloomed OK, but is gradually turning yellow from the spots. Peonies have more whitish spots, as does hydrangea. Pictures are attached, and I'd appreciate any diagnosis or advice.

Plants are in partial shade, soil is clay but I did add soil conditioner at planting to loosen it up.
