My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

JM 'Sharps Pygmy'...Go Figure!

Bid (and won) on a newly grafted JM 'Sharps Pygmy' on EBAY. I've been wanting one for a while, and they have been scarce around these parts for the last few years. Today I went to 2 local nurseries and they had dozens of them... in three different sizes!

If it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all!
