Its easier than it looks. What you want your installer to do is make sure the columns are far enough apart from each other to get your hand through (in between). You lift the bottle, tilt it vertical and take it out that way. Also, make sure the racks are several inches away from the glass. If you don't do this, it is very challenging to clean the glass. Something that isn't always thought of until you actually need to clean it : )
