Dave was fantastic! I was having an issue with my custom wine cellar intallation and getting no where with getting the issues resolved after a year of trying. A friend suggested I give Dave a call. He was incredibly responsive to me, listened to all of the issues I was having, and started to solve them. He took responsibility for a problem he didn’t create which was so amazing! Dave is all about making sure the customer is satisfied and used all of his network and resources to solve my issues. I would refer all of my friends to Dave for all of their wine needs! Lynn

Ramona is so awesome to deal with. She was always available to discuss my wine feature design and gave great suggestions. She spent a lot of time with me which was so greatly appreciated as I didn’t know much about the installation process. She’s very knowledgeable about the products she sells and her level of service is unparalleled to others I contacted prior. When we purchased our wine cabinets from Wine Cellar Depot in 2015 they were great. Recently we had an issue with one of the the cabinets and they were equally as great. There was an initial delay in getting feedback from the company due to circumstances that were beyond their control, but in the end everything was resolved to our full satisfaction. Wine Cellar Depot obviously understands the value of long-term customer relationships and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
