Dave was fantastic! I was having an issue with my custom wine cellar intallation and getting no where with getting the issues resolved after a year of trying. A friend suggested I give Dave a call. He was incredibly responsive to me, listened to all of the issues I was having, and started to solve them. He took responsibility for a problem he didn’t create which was so amazing! When we purchased our wine cabinets from Wine Cellar Depot in 2015 they were great. Recently we had an issue with one of the the cabinets and they were equally as great. There was an initial delay in getting feedback from the company due to circumstances that were beyond their control, but in the end everything was resolved to our full satisfaction.
