Love that you used SV'd rib steak instead of ham (beautiful 'branding' on your steak!)... but my favorite on your plate is the Star of David matzo, which contrasts so nicely with your radish rounds. You've certainly inspired me to look for more and more edible flowers (I'd no idea there were so many). Beautifully thought out, and looks delicious!

Just saw this. Looks mighty fine, Dcarch, but unless you were after heavy irony, the stars of David and ham are an odd pairing. :) I hope you had a lovely mixed holiday!

Humor can be so tricky in posts... I was a bit worried when I told dcarch he was a bald-faced liar, and hoped he understood it was a compliment about his ability to cook.

I agree, the Star of David matzoh is pretty interesting, LOL. Plus, I like steak much better than I like ham, so I approve!
