My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Applecandi this chandelier has a motor that brings the chandelier all way down for us to clean and change lights :)

      curious Susana, how much extra was the motor? We have an 18ft ceiling and right now have to bring in a 12 foot ladder that my husband climbs to clean and change the bulbs. figure the older we get that motor thing seems nicer :))

      Diyher the motor is about $400.00 dollars plus installation :)
