He looks great!

Gorgeous! I haven't grown him, but people on the forum speak very highly of this rose. I hear he makes a beautifully fragrant cut flower.

I got one too, but mine is own root and just leafing out. I need to put him in a larger pot.

these pictures epitomize a red rose. How beautiful and the scent must be amazing.

Here is mine. It is the only rose that came with the house. It is growing in shady area and survive with many years and I am afraid to moved it. It looks happy there.

I had a Mr. Lincoln in a previous rose bed, and it is one tough rose. Five years ago I had a quadruple bypass and wasn't able to take care of it like I should have, and it did just fine. That's a beautiful specimen.

I hope you're doing well now Rob. Roses are tough but it sounds like you are too.

Thanks vaporvac. Doing pretty well now, although going through that experience at 50 (and having a father who died at 39 of a massive heart attack) makes one think and want to surround himself with beautiful roses. :)
