Dracaena leaves yellowing from stem. Help please!

I have a dracaena plant that came with three plants in the same pot. Over the past few weeks one of them has started yellowing and dropping all of its leaves and the top of the stem is feeling slightly soft. The other two plants seem to be doing alright other than a few brown tips. It is in front of a south facing window and gets indirect sunlight most of the time. I water every week or so once the soil has dried out and I mist it a few times a week. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas as to what might be going on I would be very grateful, thanks!
