Very possible if the conditions continue to be favorable (lots of light and heat).

I also agree with Jason. The figs in the Garage woke up before the one outside because it was warmer inside garage than outside (Don't forget ground temps are generally warmer in fall than air temps and colder in Spring).

To be honest, light doesn't matter much before leafing out... it's the Temp that tells the plant to wake up or stay dormant and obviously outside is colder than in a garage.... Plus, the Sun can warm up soil in a pot quicker than the whole "ground"

Thanks guys! Lots of sun at our elevation, and it's much warmer than normal for this time of the year, so I'm optimistic.
