thanks- I originally wanted to sew bunting, but don't really want to break out the sewing machine.

Looks like a clothesline hung with rags. Nix it for any nursery.

There are other similar options if you just don't like the fabric. These pom pom garlands are simple to make.

I already have the pompom! Love them! The thing is, I have fabric bought so was looking for something to do with it!

I don't think garland is either feminine or masculine.

Whatever you do, make sure it's hung high enough that the baby can't reach it....

I think it's cute and adds color and texture to the wall. But I do think we need to collectively get over what's "too girly for a boy" and vice versa. Times have changed. Let's be a bit more open-minded, shall we? ;-)

I would not hang any pictures or anything else that could fall one way or another into a baby's crib.

The pennants are much better for a boy. Like racing pennants.

Don't they do nursery rhyme plaques for baby's rooms anymore? You know, a boy jumping over a candlestick, etc.?
