My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Additional rod length

I need a 4-5 foot long rod. Would I be able to buy additional rods to make it this long?

    Hi,


    Thank you for reaching out. The down rods cannot be attached to one another. We can make you a custom length rod but you would need to tell us the exact length. You may also require a new socket so that the wire leads are long enough to reach your junction box. Please contact us directly so that we can help get this resolved for you. There is an additional cost per foot for a longer down rod.
