I have been growing tree peony for over 28 years but this 10 year old tree peony it will bud but failed to bloom every year. The tree died off couple years ago but came back this year. It has one bud and it looks like it will not bloom again. Eventually it will wither after 3 or 4 weeks. Thank you for your help!
