This kitchen is stunning! The range in front of gorgeous windows is such an interesting concept, and I’ve noticed you have done this in several kitchens. In your experience, is this well-suited for serious cooks? Do your clients who cook a lot have any comments about grease and food splatters on the glass? Same question about the effect of the exhaust system directly above glass: do the windows get greasy? I realize any surface behind a cooktop needs to be cleaned, but I wouldn’t think tile would show grease as quickly as glass.
