Can fireblight affect the rubus genus ?

My understanding is that fireblight affects trees in the rose family but not really sure on shrubs or perennials. So I have a pot of rubus phoenicolasius underneath my prunus mume tree, which is affected by fireblight. Then I wanted to propagate by layering so I sanitized the 4 in square pot and even the potting mix and I put it on the pot of the rubus phoenicolasius and inserted the end of the cane into the 4 in pot. And then this morning I saw some leaves of the prunus mume on that pot... I didn’t realize this mistake before. Is my wineberry contaminated now?
