I recently purchased a single family home in Richmond, CA with the intention of rating out as an income property. The house, built in 1906, had 2 additions over the years, and currently is a 3 bed 2 bath home. After years of deferred maintenance, I brought the home up to date over the past 2 months, and have tenants lined up to move in the !st of next month, just need to get the landscaping in order.
