Help! Something is growing in my raised bed!

Hello,

This is my first time attempting to grow veggies in elevated beds. I’ve grow them indoors are all went pretty well. Everything was transferred to two beds which both now have this white jelly fish looking fungus growing everywhere. See pics attached. What is it? What should I do? Is it harmful?

Please help.
