A lot of people here are too quick to blame the nursery. Sometimes these type of incidents can happen.

I think Rolling Rivers is a reputable nursery. Many nurseries prefer not to ship so they don't have to deal with these type of issues.

Nursery employees may not know how to handle costumer dispute resolution, so sometimes they'll just ignore it or brush it off. Then customers feel like they've been ripped off, but the nursery wasn't intentionally trying to do that. Seen it happen time and time again on these type of threads.

If the package was damaged the carrier wouldn't accept it for shipping. If you have a tracking number you can find out how far the package went before the holdup started. If it was at the first location scanned then perhaps it was damaged by the nursery and the driver didn't notice when he picked up a large number of packages.

If you don't have a tracking number it sounds like you're going to have trouble getting one.

I agree sometimes it can be easy to blame the nursery, however the absolute lack of communication or even the ability to get a hold of anyone for almost two weeks is not helping the case. Emails not returned, no calls answered and a full mailbox. I have no idea. At this point I think I am out of luck. It was stopped at the local facility per tracking and then sent back. That's all I really know. So I don't know if it was a packing issue or shipping issue.

If by "It was stopped at the local facility" you mean Your local facility then the shipper may be responsible. I think it's the sellers who would file an insurance claim.
