"Remember Me" preferences?

I have one that is at least 10 years old. Has not done much since it was constantly encroached upon by a rampant anemone in the last 4 years. But those few leaves are so pretty that I pulled it out to give it a better position.

I know it's a June derivative. My Junes (have about 12 of them) get spectacular color as long as they get SOME direct sun. Full shade = dull green with no gold.

For now it's potted. 3 eyes unfurling at present.

The spots I have in mind will have:

1) early morning sun then dappled shade from 11 am onward, or

2) dappled shade all morning, direct sun for an hour or two noontime; house shade after 3 pm.

no root competition unless you count other hostas.
