Cross Your Fingers.......

that I've got an American lady caterpillar. I had SO many of them when I lived in the country, but this is town, and caterpillars aren't as plentiful. This is on the rabbit's tobacco plant that came up on the dry, sunny side of the house -


It looks like the American lady nests looked when they first began on my country plants. I can even see a little bit of tiny frass that isn't visible in this picture.

I also found two of the red bugs that were on my passionvines last year. They'd eat gulf frit caterpillars when they were tiny, so I squished and squished these never ending bugs. Now they're on the rabbit's tobacco! Ugh! Does anybody know what this bug is? I've cropped it a lot, because, right now, it's very tiny, but these bugs can get bigger -
