My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
TV is down again today. It's been pretty quiet over there lately considering the growing season is upon us. Most of the activity is from just a couple dozen members.
Organizations of any type will wane once the members are seen and experienced more as a "private club" than an all inclusive, helpful, transparent, altruistic group of "friends".
Who in the heck wants to spend 4 months jumping through hoops just to see if they are worthy of being accepted, especially just to bash around ideas about growing tomatoes? ... I suppose there are about 12 people.
