Embedded images need to start off large so that houzz' formatting scheme can make them small such that clicking on them returns them to large enough for seeing details. Black is difficult enough to view, even when large.

This appears to be a very nice cook top. I have been a long time Miele fan and am glad they finally brought a "freedom" type product to market, although they have conveniently excluded the US. Hopefully they will remedy this...soon. The price point is actually not bad considering the technology and products it directly competes with. It can handle 6 pans to boot. I would in all honesty buy Miele rather than Thermador with induction. The freedom retails for about $4000 to $5200 US depending on source. The Miele has a MSRP of $3361. US, clearly a better deal price wise. The Gaggenau CX480 is also a nice cook top, at the same price point as the Thermador, probably because they are both owned by the same company.
