Our home was built in 1992 and has light honey stained doors and trim throughout. The doors are wide, beautiful solid wood and all window sills are also wood. We would like to update our home, but are wondering if the doors and trim can be stained darker, or if we have to start over. Which would be more cost effective/ look better?
