My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    800 sf, including living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom.

      800 square feet. In 2012 the Nancy Creek Guesthouse and Pool won 2 A.I.A. Design Awards. One from the South Atlantic Region (SAR) A.I.A. and one from the Georgia A.I.A.

      I loved this so much I actually opened an account. Can we buy the plans for this? Also, my pool is 18x40 with approximately 9 feet of cement on one side and 3 on the other. Would this work for me and what was the approximate construction cost please.
