When grapes leaf out depends on where you are. What is your geographical location?

So it should probably be fully leafed out by now. It doesn't look very hopeful.

I got a triumph this year a long with 4 other muscadines. They all leafed out back in April and I am in Nor Cal.

I had one die down to the ground and it was gone for a year. I planted another one near it as a replacement the next year and it sent up a shoot so that I had 2 of them too close together. I've run over them with a mower also and had them come back. They have a heat accumulation requirement and some varieties also have a chill requirement. Are you planning on keeping it in the bag? I see buds on the picture that look like they're getting ready to open.

It must be weather related. Mine never budded, tossed them out.
