I'm looking to add a bracket-held overhang to a house I am updating. Unfortunately, it's not part of the architecture plans. The contractor says I need the architect to draw it. I'm wondering if it's more.xoat effective to just hire a carpenter?? If it's a carpenter, does the carpenter work after the siding is on or before?
