That is just cold damage so not going to be curable with any fungicide :-) Just cut back any dead stems, like the two sticking up in the top photo. Partially damaged leaves can stay in place until they drop of their own accord....they are still able to photosynthesize.

Oh gg I hope you’re right! Some of the leaves are curled and spotted which makes me think fungus.

It probably got too cold or it needed water when it got cold. Add 2-4" of organic mulch (no rocks) and maintain it year around. Prune away the dead wood and dispose it in the trash since there are signs of fungi.

A good chunk of the east coast has rhodies that look like this, certainly much of ME, NH, and MA from what I have seen. We had a warm fall and then a sudden temperature drop in the fall, so new growth wasn’t hardened off for many plants. And the winter had a lot of temperature fluctuations, with quite a lot of rain followed by freezing temps and then continuing to rotate through different forms of precipitation and both above and below freezing temperatures, so almost all Rhododendrons I see look like this. If just the leaves look damaged, I wait until buds opening before pruning. If the whole stem looks like the last photo, I prune now.

Some branch-dieback on mine & other's rhodies nearby I attribute to the incessantly wet soil over the past full year.

I think the snow protected the lower branches.

And don't "feed" it. It doesn't need plant food. Be patient and leave it alone for a while.
