The tree needs very bright light, and almost undoubtedly, it needs repotting. Potting up will not fix the problem, so expect a steady decline unless you repot. Don't trim anything green off of the plant until you have it recovering. Leaves are food factories where plant food (photosynthate) is synthesized, with the help sunlight. You'll be amazed at the transformation you'll see if you decide to repot.

Well i repotted it like 3 years ago in a huge pot... maybe just not enough light in general? Thank you for responding!

Do you realize there is a night/day difference between repotting and potting up? Potting up ensures that all the problems and limitations associated with a congested root/soil mass remain limiting for as long as the plant endures; whereas, repotting, ensures the limitations go away entirely until the approximate point in time when the root/soil mass can again be lifted from the pot, intact. At that point, another repotting is in order.
