I bought a Japanese maple and inside the pot was an already sprouted maple seed, I ended up planting it in a small pot about a week ago. Now the cotyledons are out and the first true set of leaves are finally growing. Should I use a fertilizer or will the maple be fine for a while without any? Any help will he appreciated.
