Here is a photo of the same hybrid in the very early spring when temperatures were still quite cool at night. You can see a lot more white and less color in the blooms. Not sported! Russians and Ukrainian (and some American) hybrids are famous for being color shifters due to temperature changes - just like variegation on leaves. More variegation in cooler temps, less in warmer growing.

Flowers get more frilly as they grow and expand - my first photo is a newly opened flower that hasn't yet reached full size.

I recently got it from LLG. It is blooming for the first timr in a balanced, symmetrical pattern. Very nice.

Yep, Houzz keeps changing things around. You still click on the camera icon below the input box. Then wait because it takes a moment to load the image (longer if your connection speed isn't fast) and once it 'pops' fully loaded, you can keep on typing or adding more images and wait for each one to show up.

Once you have your post ready, hit 'next' and it'll show you which forums you are posting it into. It'll allow you to add more if you want to duplicate the post in more than one place. Then submit/save it at the bottom and it'll post for you. Only sometimes Houzz is a b*tch and it'll lose the post. I have had to re-upload and repost several times to get them to take.

Did I mention that I REALLY dislike Houzz and wish we still had good ole gardenweb? ;P

I've tried many times to update and change my icon image btw but Houzz is a PITA and won't let me. It uploads the new image and then when I 'save' the change it always looses it. I keep trying. Eventually it may stick.
