That is the Pantone color name, yes. The Bright Yellow is mixed in with Taupe for a dimensional look, and the rug is viscose which gives it a shiny, illusory effect. With that large of a rug I would suggest ordering the 2x3 to use as a sample (it is returnable, of course) so you can see and feel it before committing to a freight-size rug, in case it needs to be returned.
