My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is used as the fire bed?

It looks like charcoal. I would really like to know more about how this was installed or was it just used as a showpiece at home show. What would a homeowner have to be concerned with other than setting the house or deck on fire?

    Hi there, we used rock fueled by propane for this one. You'd just need to run a gas line to the location and make sure it's in a safe location as well as using fire retardant materials. I'd check out some youtube videos for more on how to do this type of project.
