My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

kitchen lighting?

Ideas anyone?? What kind of light would look good/match above the kitchen island. We have dark hardwood floors and white cabinets with chrome hardware and white trim. Also need a “matching” light at the entry way. See photos. Prefer modern clean look. Black furniture. We have recessed lighting throughout kitchen. The island is 42x80. Thanks! Sorry kinda dark photos... construction zone!

    can you explain where the skylights are in proportion to the island? looks like one might be more over the island than the other.
