Just beautiful Kay, I just keep looking. Your garden is looking great already, but I see all those buds. It will be an unbelievable wonderland very soon. Mint Octopus is really showing the green, and R. F. Kennedy is outstanding! Black Falcon Ritual is a beauty, I just got mine last year and got to see some blooms. I am really looking forward to seeing it this year.

I started to tell you to bring me a chair too!! But I have been out most of the day cutting small saplings out of my big garden, so I am aware of the heat and humidity out there!!! The garden pics are so pretty! Yours are really clumping now! Mint Octopus is outstanding and Rose F. Kennedy looks good for FFO.. what a show today!

You sure have a lot of pretty clumps going. I think Man of Sorrows is my favorite. Black Falcon Ritual is impressive too!

My favorite pics are the garden shots with all that color bursting. RFK is so pretty with the green throat but Mint Octopus really steals the show.

Thank you all for looking and commenting. I always enjoy the time when the blooming intensifies....and am sad when some favorites are more or less done. There were so many clumps today that probably posted maybe half of them. I know that at least some of you are seeing what I am...no scapes one day and fairly good beginnings the next. Fewer and fewer plants haven't scaped. The only explanation I have for all the blooming today is they must like insane heat.

Julia Kate and Nancy. When I got Mint Octopus, I wasn't sure how well I would like it, but it is a true green and the blooms are very large. It is really developing into a nice plant. Black Falcon Ritual always seems to do really well, Kate and Debra...I was surprised at five blooms the first day. Nancy and Debra. Y'all know how much I like red, and I was ticked to see the trio of Bullfrog Kisses. It did almost nothing the first two years, but it has seven scapes and is blooming well...and Man of Sorrows has always been a favorite. And who doesn't like RFK, Nancy. IT is just sucha a lovely bloom and the colors grab you. Thank you all for visiting my garden through photos today.

All I needed was to see Rose F. Kennedy to let out a big sigh. You know I love her! I did manage to obtain a single fan a few weeks ago from Laura. I'm sure it will take ages to clump up in my climate (single fans take forever here) but I was happy to finally have her. She has been my 'dream daylily' for ages. That green eye is mesmerizing and I know she passes it on to her seedlings so I can't wait! The other one with green I love is Mint Octopus. That's a terrific shot of it. Your garden looks lush and inviting and I enjoyed the tour. I actually have benches in my gardens but rarely seem to have the time to just sit and enjoy all my hard work. But they look nice in photos.....lol.

What's the bitone in the lower right corner of the first pic? "Insane heat"? I thought it was stifling here today, let alone what you must have.

We had a nice day too until about an hour ago when a tornado got way too close for comfort. Less then a 1/4 mile down the road they said. Praying everyone is alright ................You have so many buds left to bloom. It's going to be a riot of color. A nice shot of Rose Kennedy and Mint Octopus.......Maryl

Pretty , pretty , pretty . It all looks so wonderful .....and I am sure anyone who sees it would fall in love . But the quiet scenes all looking so calm and beautiful don't tell the whole story of all the hard work you have done to achieve all this beauty. It really does look lovely Kay and a lot of hard work ! So Mother Nature can't take all the credit here !

My favs are R.F. Kennedy, Mint Octopus ( because green is my favourite color ) , I added Black Falcon Ritual last year so hoping to see at least a few blooms this year.

Does anyone else wonder why Houzz changed the format of the clickable links on the images. It used to be when you clicked it you would go to a larger image. Now the images are smaller than the original posted . What the heck is the point of that ???

Heather - That's weird about clicking the photos and having them smaller. They are still larger when I click them.

Don;t know Debra . Kay first image when measured on my scrrean measures 6 and 1/2 inches by 5 . When I click on it the image that comes up 5 and 5/16 inches by 4 3/4

Mine come up smaller too.

For me there is no rhyme or reason for the photo size, some get larger when clicked on and some don’t. I’m thinking it depends on how it is loaded onto the website or how it is sized.
