I agree one rail but where will the stack back go on the left or is there enough room on the right for all?

I wouldn't do drapes on this window. Firstly, you should include the skinny side windows which would make for very wide panels and you need a wide area for the stack back on each side. And you don't have a lot of space on the side closest to the kitchen. I would do blinds or California shutters (preferably shutters).

Hey There: Really good question. So first of all, if you go with a single rod on your complete unit, you will cover switches and outlets as shown in your photo...this will get annoying at the end.

However, the covering up of the switches will happen anyway because you don't have enough room next to the door.

Do not mix and match the windows and door system with different styles...this doesn't work.

So if you want the curtain option on a single rod, I would suggest that you have a full width rod and two curtains for the door system and on the same rod two small curtains for the windows...
