Click on submit a request. You will get a drop-down menu that allows you to choose a topic. You probably want "General support."

Hi Mindshift - It looks like you are following Jacobs & Co, so you are being notified about some of their public account activity. If you would like to unfollow, just go to their profile and click where you see "following" to unfollow them. Hope that helps!

This incident was quite strange. I do not remember ever having been notified of any activity of any others that I follow. It's good I took a screen shot of the notifications as they later disappeared.

Houzz is subject to glitches. The STORIES & ADVICE tab often disappears after I log in. I have found questions without a place to answer; the comments area would not accept text. I have to put Houzz photos into an Ideabook before I can add them to a comment. Copy-and-paste will not load a Houzz website address onto the Insert Photo window as shown below.

I've managed to find a work around for the missing STORIES & ADVICE tab and for inserting Houzz photos, but these glitches started since Gardenweb and Houzz combined.
