They have such lovely companion plantings throughout the Rose Garden. Here is Julia Child surrounded. And Lisa helped me figure out their unlabeled Boule de Neige, which they have large grouping of, and one cane had a pink sport today. Plus two pictures of BdN from a few weeks ago.

Lovely unknown pink and a purple that is possibly a Gallica forming a dense 18 inch high thicket.

They also have a lovely collection of lilacs that can bloom in the California climate, well worth seeking out if you love lilacs as well as roses. In fact there is a collection of lilacs called the Descanso hybrids.
