Name That Plant!Ornamental Grass

A weed or some kind of ornamental grass? Why is it always fallen over?Bear with me please, trying to work out how to attach an image to this post or a comment. The comment image attachment just gets stuck so not having any luck right now!
Ok sorry I'm giving up. This site is impossible to use. There's no option to add a photo to this post. I cannot type any text or upload an image in the comment box, too buggy :/

If using your phone to access, this is a common problem. Try as carol suggested to add a photo in the comments....that seems be much more successful.
