I'd remove the shutters. They're much too small and therefore don't look functional. Removing them will make the living part of the house look larger in comparison to the garage, which is a good thing. I would plant some colorful flowers in the bed under the windows and in the planted area toward the front. Nothing garish though, soft pinks, yellows and white. Your house will look much more inviting and balanced. Paint the shutters white if you don't want to remove them.

Since the door is already freshly painted, I'd fix the dent in the garage door because it's front and center.

If the exterior paint is in good condition, I would not repaint. Instead, fix items that are broken because you know they will be noted in the house inspection and a buyer will want them fixed.
