wall or remote control included?

I don't see any mention in the description as to whether this ceiling fan comes with a wall control, or a remote control, or both? Also, can the up and down lights be operated independently? Thanks

Hello,

Wall control WCS213 is included with the fan. Yes the light can be turned on uplight, downlight, or both (independently.)
