leaf 'rot'...is this at least 15 characters

I've been growing some Holy Basil and some of the leaves turned yellow and some look like gray rot. Any idea what this is? Can I cut that part off and use the rest of the leaf?
I posted this and a few others, it said it was 'loading' for hours, but never showed up.
