Hello everyone I have a question about banana plants. I am looking to get an ice cream banana plant, but I am getting some conflicting info about its Hardened. I live in Ohio zone 6 a some sites say it will do ok here just really insulate it. Others say to dig it or pot it and cut it to the ground and over winter it inside. I am completely ok with doing this if I have to. My question is if I do cut it down winter after winter will it ever actually fruit Since I will be essentially starting over year after year. Please any info would be great thanks in advance
