You could replace the fixtures...

Perhaps you are not very handy, and in situations like this, I'd turn to youtube. Use search terms like "youtube remove flush ceiling fixture glass dome"

Perhaps that glass just unscrews.

I'd try grabbing the edges of the copper ring pulling down; it may have spring clips that hold it up and in place on the ceiling. The glass may just sit in the copper ring as it does not appear to be centered in the ring.

This type light usually has a type light that isn’t replaceable. The whole fixture has to be replaced. Similar to this. They are cheap and have “integrated” LED module. I would remove it and replace it with flush fixture that suits your style home. I could be wrong but that is my best guess.
