Sometimes Patience & Care Pay Off

Some pretty Peperomia leaves that I set to propagating in moist Perlite.


This is the bottom of a leaf stem (petiole?) just out of view. Shown below.

I knocked it over a month ago & found this. So I carefully put it back & try to adapt to moving it out of the way when I sat there to do other things.


The hardest part of this was to quit knocking it aside or over, which happened 3 or 4 times.

Today I noticed another leaf had new growth, the one just below left, which is the bottom 1/2 or bottom third of a leaf.


I love these Peps w/ this texture like corrugated cardboard.


Long view of its container, closed tight ensuring condensation & high humidity.
