Adenium seedling not growing

Hi everyone! I have an adenium seedling that sprouted less than a month ago but it stopped growing. The leaves did not fully 'bloom' like on normal adenium seedlings I've seen on pictures, and between the 2 underdeveloped leaves is growing what looks to be a flower?
I bought the seeds on ebay. I used normal garden soil that we can buy from the store and I added a little bit of coconut husk. 2 weeks ago I sprinkled cinnamon on the soil because of a mold situation but everything is under control now.
The seeds when I got them looked like adenium, the trunk of the seedling looks adenium, but what do you think happened to my little guy? It's so weird. Any inputs?

Hi, this is not a flower sadly... those look like variegated adenium leaves! nicely done! variegated plants generally grow slower so, she is looking great.

No whisst you're absolutely right. There's no other logical explanation why the seedling looks like this, except that it's a variegated one. Only time will tell what this seedling will look like when it grows, I'll post an update here maybe next week. I'm sorry for my lack of knowledge, this is my first adenium ever. Thank you so much for your interest and input. I really needed other people's opinion, and you gave me hooehope that my seedling is normal and healthy

Neat! I've never seen a seedling like this. It almost looks as if it lacks chlorophyll (like albino seedlings do), but halfway up. If it's variegated, that would be a lucky first seedling! Looking forward to updates :)
